Chapter 01
Who are we?
We are a private Pakistani travel agency that does one thing: helping genuine travellers apply for visit and tourist visas. We are not a government office, we are not connected to any embassy or visa centre, and we cannot influence a visa decision. What we can do is help you put together a complete, honest file, and tell you plainly when your profile is not ready yet.

Chapter 02
Why do we only do visit visas?
Visit visas are the visas most Pakistanis apply for, and also where most of the bad advice is. Focusing on one kind of visa lets us know the rules for each country in depth and keep them current.
It also keeps us clear of something we will not touch: using visit visas to look for work. Working on a visit visa is illegal in the destination country and in Pakistan can lead to prosecution under the Emigration Ordinance. We only assist genuine visitors, and we will turn down a case if the purpose of the trip is not a genuine visit.
Chapter 03
How do we keep our information accurate?

Every country page is checked against official sources at least once a month and shows the date it was last verified.
- Official sources first: embassy websites, GOV.UK, IRCC, the US State Department, e-visa portals, and the visa centres (VFS Global, TLScontact, BLS). For airport rules we use the FIA's own FAQ.
- News is labelled as news. Where no official page exists, we use reputable Pakistani and Gulf news outlets and say so.
- If we cannot confirm it, we say so. We would rather show "not confirmed" than repeat another agency's number.
- One data file. All fees and processing times come from one place, so our pages never contradict each other.
- A named reviewer. Pages are verified by [reviewer name, reviewer role](/team/reviewer slug/).
Spotted something out of date? Email info@visitvisaspecialists.pk with the page and the official source. We check every report and correct confirmed errors within one working day.
Chapter 04
What will we never do?
Some promises are common in the visa business. We do not make them, because they are either impossible or illegal.
- We never promise or "guarantee" a visa, and we never quote success percentages.
- We never arrange fake bank statements, salary slips, hotel bookings, tickets or sponsor letters. Embassies detect them, and the Thai Embassy, for example, warns that fake documents lead to blacklisting of both the applicant and the agent. We help you get genuine, cancellable bookings where an embassy wants them.
- We never claim inside contacts at an embassy, visa centre or FIA.
- We never sell embassy or visa-centre appointment slots.
- We never help anyone use a visit visa to work or to stay beyond the permitted time.

Chapter 05
How do we charge?
You always see the official fee (with its source and date) and our service fee as separate lines, and you pay our service fee only for work we have agreed in writing. See how our pricing works and our refund policy.
Chapter 06
Our reviews
We ask every client, once their case is finished, to leave an honest Google review, good or bad. We do not offer discounts or gifts for reviews and we do not write reviews ourselves. You can read them on our [Google Business Profile](gbp url).
