Chapter 01
Step 1: How do we check if you are eligible?
We start by looking at your profile honestly, before you pay any visa fee.
- Send your destination, travel month, who is travelling and your occupation on WhatsApp, or complete the free eligibility checker.
- A consultant looks at the four things embassies weigh most: your travel history, your income and bank history, your ties to Pakistan (employment, business, family, property) and the purpose of the trip.
- You get a plain answer: apply now, strengthen something first, or choose a different destination. If your profile is weak we say so, even if it means you do not hire us.
For a detailed conversation you can book a consultation (Quote on WhatsApp), which is credited against a filing package booked within 14 days.

Chapter 02
Step 2: What goes in your personal checklist?
You receive a checklist written for your situation, not a generic list.
- It is split by applicant type: employed, business owner, student, housewife or dependent, retired, freelancer.
- It names the Pakistani documents that prove each point, such as an FBR tax return or NTN, a salary certificate and employer NOC, a bank maintenance letter with a 6-month statement, a NADRA family registration certificate (FRC), a nikah nama for spouses, and polio vaccination proof where a country requires it.
- Every item comes from the embassy's official list or a requirement we can source. We do not pad the list to look thorough.
You send scans through WhatsApp or email. How we store and delete them is in our privacy policy.
Chapter 03
Step 3: How do we prepare and check your file?
What we do in step 3 depends on whether the country issues e-visas or needs an embassy file.
| E-visa and sponsor countries | Embassy countries | |
|---|---|---|
| Examples | Thailand, Malaysia, Azerbaijan, Sri Lanka, Uzbekistan, Dubai/UAE (via a registered agent), Singapore (via an authorised agent) | UK, USA, Canada, Schengen, Australia, China, Japan, Hong Kong |
| What we do | Check documents, fill the official application with you, pay the official fee at the official portal (receipt shared with you), track the application | Check documents, review every form answer against your documents, prepare the cover letter and itinerary, check the file before submission, prepare you for the interview where there is one |
| What you do | Approve the final form before submission | Submit the online form yourself or with us, attend biometrics and any interview in person |
| Our fee | Shown on each country page | Quote on WhatsApp for a review of a self-prepared file; Quote on WhatsApp for interview preparation; full packages on each country page |
We pay official fees only on official portals, never on lookalike sites, and we share the official receipt with you. We never book or sell embassy appointment slots.
Chapter 04
Step 4: What happens after the decision?
The embassy or immigration authority decides, and we help with what comes next either way.
- If the visa is issued: we check the visa details (name, passport number, dates, entries) against your passport, and go through the FIA offloading checklist with you. The FIA FAQ lists a return ticket, a confirmed hotel booking, sufficient funds and a sound profile among the conditions for visit-visa travel.
- If the visa is refused: we read the refusal letter with you and give you an honest reapplication plan (Quote on WhatsApp if you were not our client the first time). Our refund policy explains what happens to our service fee.

Chapter 05
What do you need from us, and what do we need from you?
A visa file is a joint effort; this is the split.
We commit to:
- Written fees before work starts, with the official fee and our service fee separate.
- A reply on WhatsApp within working hours (Mon–Sat, 2:00 PM to 10:00 PM (PKT)).
- Honest advice, including "do not apply yet".
- Deleting your document copies within 90 days of the decision unless you ask us to keep them.
You commit to:
- Giving us true information and genuine documents. We stop work on any file with a forged or altered document.
- Telling us about any previous refusal, overstay or deportation, for any country. Hiding it is one of the most common reasons for refusal and bans.
- Attending biometrics and interviews yourself.
Chapter 06
Frequently asked questions
How long does the whole process take?
It depends on the country: e-visas can be issued within days, while some embassy visas take weeks or months, and each country page shows the current official processing time. Start at least two months before travel for embassy visas.
Do you keep my original passport?
Only when a country requires the passport to be submitted and you ask us to handle the submission, and you get a written receipt; otherwise you keep it.
What if the visa is refused?
We explain the refusal letter, tell you honestly whether and when to reapply, and our refund policy sets out what happens to our service fee. Government fees are kept by the authority.
