Important: the VFS/Gerry's Lahore centre moved on 29 June 2026. Many directories and older blog posts still show the old address at 20 Ex-American Centre, opposite Ganga Ram Hospital. Do not go there. The VFS/Gerry's call centre is 0900-07860 (or 9999 from a mobile), according to the Belgian Embassy.

Where do Lahore residents apply for each visa?
UK, Canada, Australia: apply online first (GOV.UK, your IRCC account or ImmiAccount), then attend the VFS/Gerry's centre on Queens Road for biometrics at your booked time. See our UK visit visa guide and Canada visit visa guide.
Schengen: it depends on the country you are visiting.
- Netherlands, Finland, Belgium, Luxembourg, Switzerland, Austria, Denmark, Norway, Sweden, Hungary (also Lithuania and Estonia): VFS Global, Queens Road, Lahore.
- Germany: no visa centre in Lahore. Punjab residents register on the German Embassy's waiting list and apply at the Embassy in Islamabad (German Embassy).
- Italy: the Italian Embassy names BLS-Intiana (intianaitalyvisa.com) as its visa provider, with a centre in Lahore (Italian Embassy). Check the address on that site when booking.
- Spain and France: we could not confirm the Lahore centre details on the providers' sites during our check. Start from the embassy's website. See our Schengen visa guide.
USA: there are no visa interviews in Lahore. The US Embassy lists only the Embassy in Islamabad and the Consulate General in Karachi for visas. Most Lahore applicants travel to Islamabad. See our USA visit visa guide.
China: Chinese Visa Application Service Center, Madina Center Tower, Queens Road. See our China visa guide.
Japan: since 1 April 2024, ordinary visa applications go through VFS/Gerry's, not the embassy (Embassy of Japan). See our Japan visa guide.
Türkiye: sticker visas are accepted only through Anatolia Travel Services offices (Turkish Embassy, Feb 2026); in Lahore that is High Q Tower, Jail Road. See our Türkiye visa guide.
E-visa countries (Thailand, Malaysia, Azerbaijan, Indonesia, Sri Lanka): no visit to a centre is needed. You apply online from Lahore. Thailand's e-visa fee is paid at the Thai mission; see our Thailand visa guide.

Practical tips for your Lahore visa centre appointment
- Arrive 15–20 minutes early, not hours early. Centres usually admit you only near your slot.
- Bring printed documents in the order of the checklist, plus your appointment letter and passport.
- Phones and bags: centres restrict what you can take in. Bring only what you need.
- Parking on Queens Road is limited. Allow time for traffic on Mall Road and Queens Road around office hours.
- Book appointments only on the official website. Anyone selling slots outside the centre is not authorised; read how to spot visa scams.

Frequently asked questions
Where is the VFS Global office in Lahore?
Since 29 June 2026 the VFS Global / Gerry's visa application centre in Lahore is at MCT Madina Corporate Tower, 8 Queens Road, opposite the CCPO Office. The old Ex-American Centre address near Ganga Ram Hospital is out of date.
What are the VFS Lahore timings?
VFS Global's own pages list Monday to Friday, 08:00 to 17:00 for UK applicants and 09:00 to 17:00 for Canada applicants at the Lahore centre. Attend only at your booked appointment time.
Can I give a US visa interview in Lahore?
No. The US Embassy's visa page lists only the Embassy in Islamabad and the Consulate General in Karachi for visa interviews. Lahore residents book their interview at one of those two.
Where is the Chinese visa centre in Lahore?
The Chinese Visa Application Service Center in Lahore is on the First Floor, 08 Queens Road, Madina Center Tower, opposite the CCPO Office. Submission is Monday to Friday, 09:00 to 15:00, and collection 09:00 to 16:00.
Where do I apply for a Turkey visa in Lahore?
At Anatolia Travel Services, High Q Tower, Ground Floor Main Lobby, Arcade Hall No. 5, Jail Road, Gulberg. The Turkish Embassy accepts sticker-visa applications only through Anatolia offices. Submission is Monday to Friday, 09:00 to 15:00.
Is there a German visa centre in Lahore?
No. Germany does not use an outside visa centre in Pakistan. Residents of Punjab register on the German Embassy's waiting list and apply at the Embassy in Islamabad.
Do I need to visit your office in Lahore?
No. You can share documents on WhatsApp and send originals by courier where needed. You will still attend the visa centre yourself for biometrics where the country requires them.
Does the FIA have an office in Lahore for travel document questions?
Yes. FIA's Lahore directorate is on Temple Road near Regal Chowk (042-99203682). Dawn reported in January 2026 that FIA opened Pre-Departure Facilitation Desks at its zonal offices, including Lahore.
