Chapter 02
Who licenses travel agencies in Pakistan?
Travel agencies are licensed by the provinces, because tourist services were devolved to provincial governments.
- Punjab: the Department of Tourist Services (DTS) issues licences under the Punjab Travel Agencies Act 1976 and the Travel Agencies Rules 1977. Applicants submit, among other things, a certified statement of assets, an attested NTN, proof of business premises, company or partnership registration, staff details and a bank guarantee.
- Sindh: the tourist services directorate of the Sindh Tourism Department, under the Sindh Travel Agencies Act 2011.
- Khyber Pakhtunkhwa: the KP Directorate of Tourist Services, under the Travel Agencies Act as amended for KP in 2013.
Chapter 03
What does our licence cover, and what does it not?
It covers operating as a travel agency in licence authority's jurisdiction, in the category shown above.
It does not:
- make us an embassy, a visa centre or a government office;
- give us any influence over visa decisions, appointment availability or FIA immigration checks;
- allow us to recruit anyone for work abroad. Overseas employment recruitment needs a separate Overseas Employment Promoter licence from the Bureau of Emigration and Overseas Employment. We do not hold one and we do not do recruitment. Working on a visit visa is illegal in the destination country and in Pakistan can lead to prosecution under the Emigration Ordinance. We only assist genuine visitors.
- cover Hajj or Umrah services, which the Ministry of Religious Affairs licenses separately. We do not offer them.
Chapter 04
How can you verify our licence?
You can check our licence yourself rather than taking our word for it.
- Ask to see the original certificate at our office (226-B, Tulip Extension, Tulip Block, Sector C, Bahria Town, Lahore 53720, Pakistan). The licence number, name and address must match this page and our Google Business Profile.
- Check with the issuing authority. Contact licence authority and ask them to confirm licence licence number is valid. In Punjab, the DTS registration data is published through the DTS portal and the Punjab Tourism App.
- Match the details everywhere. Our name, address, phone number and licence number are identical on this website, our invoices, our Google Business Profile and our social media pages.

Chapter 05
How do you check any visa agent before paying?
Use the same test on every agent in Pakistan, including us.
- Licence: do they show a licence number you can verify? "Government registered" without a number is not enough.
- Office: is there a real, staffed address you can visit?
- Fees: do they separate the official fee from their service fee, with a source for the official fee?
- Promises: do they say "guaranteed visa", "no bank statement needed" or "embassy contacts"? These are red flags.
- Documents: do they offer to "arrange" bank statements, hotel bookings or sponsor letters? That is document fraud, and it gets applicants refused and blacklisted.
- Payment: do they ask you to pay a personal account? A business should be paid in the business's name.
More warning signs, including fake e-visa websites, are in our guide on how to spot fake visa websites.
Chapter 06
Where can you report a fraudulent agent?
You can report visa fraud and human smuggling to the FIA at complaints@fia.gov.pk or on 051-111-345-786, as listed in the FIA FAQ. Complaints about a licensed travel agency can also go to the licensing authority in its province.
