Terms of Service

Effective 14 October 2026. Version 1.0.

These terms apply when you use our website or our services. "We", "us" and "Visit Visa Specialists" mean legal name, 226-B, Tulip Extension, Tulip Block, Sector C, Bahria Town, Lahore 53720, Pakistan, travel agency licence licence number. "You" means the client and every traveller included in the case.

Chapter 01

1. What we do

We give advice on visit and tourist visas for Pakistani passport holders, prepare and check application files, and, where you ask us to, fill and submit applications through official channels. The specific services, countries and fees for your case are confirmed to you in writing (WhatsApp or email) before you pay. That written confirmation and these terms form our agreement.

We do not:

  • handle work, study, immigration, Hajj or Umrah visas;
  • recruit anyone for employment abroad, or advise on working on a visit visa. Working on a visit visa is illegal in the destination country and in Pakistan can lead to prosecution under the Emigration Ordinance. We only assist genuine visitors;
  • buy, book or sell embassy or visa-centre appointment slots;
  • represent any government, embassy or visa centre.

Chapter 02

2. No guarantee of a visa

Visa decisions are made solely by the embassy, consulate or immigration authority of the destination country. We cannot guarantee that a visa will be issued, how long processing will take, or that you will be allowed to board or enter a country. Even with a visa, FIA immigration in Pakistan and immigration at your destination may question you or refuse departure or entry. Anything we say about your chances is our honest professional opinion, not a promise.

Chapter 03

3. Your responsibilities

You agree to:

  1. Tell the truth. Give complete and accurate information, including every previous refusal, overstay, deportation or criminal record in any country.
  2. Give only genuine documents. Every document you give us must be genuine, unaltered and issued by the person or organisation it claims to come from.
  3. Check before submission. Review the final application form and confirm it is correct before we submit it or you submit it. You remain legally responsible for the declarations in your own application.
  4. Attend in person where required (biometrics, interviews, document collection).
  5. Follow the visa conditions: travel for the stated purpose, do not work, and leave before your permitted stay ends.
  6. Keep us informed of any change (employment, travel dates, new refusal) while your case is open.

Chapter 04

4. Document authenticity

We do not create, alter or "arrange" bank statements, salary slips, employment letters, sponsor letters, invitation letters, hotel bookings or tickets. Bookings we make for you are real, in your name, and cancellable where possible.

If we believe a document is forged, altered or misleading, we will stop work on your case immediately. Section 3 of our refund policy applies, and we may be required by law to report it to the authorities. Submitting false documents can lead to refusal, multi-year bans, blacklisting and prosecution.

Chapter 05

5. Fees and payment

  • Every quote shows the official fee and our service fee separately. The official fee is set by the authority and can change without notice; if it changes before we pay it, you pay the new official fee.
  • Our service fee is due before we start work unless agreed otherwise in writing.
  • We accept bank transfer, JazzCash and Easypaisa. Pay only to an account in the name bank account title.
  • Refunds follow our refund policy.

Chapter 06

6. Our responsibilities

We will:

  • give you honest advice based on official sources current at the time;
  • handle your case with reasonable skill and care;
  • enter the information you give us accurately;
  • keep your documents confidential and handle them as described in our privacy policy;
  • tell you promptly if we learn of a rule change that affects your case.

Chapter 07

7. Limitation of liability

To the extent the law allows:

  • our total liability to you for any claim related to a case is limited to the service fee you paid us for that case;
  • we are not liable for decisions, delays, fee changes, system failures or policy changes of any government, embassy, visa centre, airline or FIA;
  • we are not liable for losses from non-refundable flights, hotels or other bookings that you made before your visa was issued. We advise against non-refundable bookings until the visa is issued, unless an embassy specifically requires them.

Nothing in these terms limits liability for our own fraud or for anything that cannot be limited under Pakistani law, and nothing removes your rights under the consumer protection law of your province.

Chapter 08

8. Information on our website

Our website is general information, verified against official sources on the date shown on each page. Rules change, sometimes without notice, so always check the official source linked on each page before you pay a fee or book travel. We correct confirmed errors as soon as we learn of them; report one to info@visitvisaspecialists.pk.

Chapter 09

9. Ending our service

You can end our service at any time by telling us in writing; refunds then follow our refund policy. We can end our service if you break sections 3 or 4, are abusive to our staff, or stop responding for 60 days after two written reminders.

Chapter 10

10. Complaints and disputes

Send complaints to info@visitvisaspecialists.pk; we reply within 3 working days. These terms are governed by the laws of Pakistan. Disputes that cannot be resolved between us fall under the jurisdiction of the courts of Lahore, without affecting your right to approach a consumer court.

Chapter 11

11. Changes

We may update these terms. The version that applies to your case is the one in force on the day you paid.

We are an independent private agency, not affiliated with any government. Visa decisions are made solely by the relevant authority.
