Chapter 02
How much is the Singapore visit visa fee from Pakistan?
The Singapore visit visa fee for Pakistani passport holders is SGD 30 per application. ICA calls it a non-refundable processing fee, payable online with a Visa or MasterCard credit or debit card. It is the same for social and business visits, and the same whichever route files your application.
Because the fee is in Singapore dollars, its rupee value changes with the exchange rate. The PKR estimate on this page is generated from the current rate.
Chapter 03
Why do Singapore visa prices in Pakistan look so different?
Singapore visa prices in Pakistan vary because the SGD 30 ICA fee is fixed, but every filer adds its own service fee. Pakistani travellers cannot apply to ICA directly. According to ICA, applications must come through:
- a local contact in Singapore (a citizen or PR aged 21+ with Singpass), who pays only the SGD 30;
- an ICA strategic partner using the e-Service; or
- a Singapore Overseas Mission or its authorised visa agent.
So when an agency quotes one rupee figure for "Singapore visa", the price includes the SGD 30 plus its own fee, and sometimes bookings or insurance too. Ask for a split quote: the SGD 30 ICA fee on one line, the service fee on another. If you have a relative in Singapore who can file as your local contact, the official cost is just SGD 30.
Chapter 04
What will a Singapore visa cost you in total?
| Item | Amount |
|---|---|
| ICA processing fee | SGD 30 (≈ PKR 6,500) |
| Our service fee | Quote on WhatsApp |
| Total visa cost | SGD 30 + service fee |
Budget separately for:
- Return flights, and a hotel booking for every night;
- Funds for the trip: ICA asks short-term visitors to have sufficient cash and proof of onward travel (ICA, Entering Singapore). Singapore does not publish a fixed amount. If you carry cash or bearer instruments worth more than SGD 20,000 in total, you must declare them;
- Travel insurance, which some Pakistani airport document desks now check;
- Photos taken within the last 3 months, to ICA guidelines.

Chapter 05
Is the Singapore visa fee refundable?
No. ICA states that the SGD 30 is a non-refundable processing fee. You will not get it back if the visa is refused or if you cancel your trip. Any agency's service fee follows that agency's own refund terms, so read them before you pay. Ours are on our fee policy page.
Chapter 06
Do families pay per person?
Yes. ICA charges the SGD 30 per visa application, and every traveller needs an individual travel document: ICA does not accept collective travel documents, whatever the traveller's age. For a family of four, budget 4 × SGD 30 in ICA fees. ICA's e-Service supports family applications, which keeps the file together, but each person still needs a visa.
Chapter 07
Are there other official charges?
No other official visa charges apply to a standard Singapore visit for a Pakistani:
- SG Arrival Card (SGAC): free. ICA warns that commercial websites charging for SGAC submission are not affiliated with it (ICA SGAC page).
- e-Pass (your visit pass): issued free by email at entry.
- Visit pass extension: applied for online through ICA if you need to stay longer; approval is not automatic.

Chapter 08

Frequently asked questions
What is the Singapore visit visa fee from Pakistan in 2026?
The official fee is a non-refundable SGD 30 processing fee charged by Singapore's Immigration & Checkpoints Authority (ICA) for each application, checked on 13 October 2026.
Why do Pakistani agencies charge much more than SGD 30 for a Singapore visa?
Pakistani travellers cannot file a Singapore visa themselves, so agencies that file through ICA's e-Service add their own service fee to the SGD 30 ICA fee. A transparent agency shows the two amounts separately.
Is the Singapore visa fee refundable if refused?
No. ICA describes the SGD 30 as a non-refundable processing fee.
How is the Singapore visa fee paid?
The SGD 30 fee is paid online by Visa or MasterCard credit or debit card when the application is submitted on ICA's e-Service, usually by the local contact or agent who files it.
Is the SG Arrival Card free?
Yes. ICA says SG Arrival Card submission is free on its e-Service and the MyICA app, and that commercial sites charging a fee are not affiliated with ICA.
Does a family pay one fee or one per person?
ICA charges the SGD 30 processing fee per visa application. Each traveller, including children, needs an individual travel document and a visa, so budget SGD 30 for each person.
Is there a visa fee for a Singapore transit?
Pakistani travellers who pass through Singapore immigration need a visa and pay the same SGD 30. Those who stay airside without clearing immigration do not submit an SG Arrival Card; check visa needs with the airline.
