Chapter 02
How much is the Malaysia visit visa fee for Pakistanis?
The Malaysia visit visa fee for Pakistani passport holders is RM 20, and the eVISA adds an RM 105 processing charge, so the official price is RM 125 before the card charge. The RM 20 figure comes from Malaysia's country-by-country fee table, which lists Pakistan at RM 20.00 for single or multiple entry and RM 20.00 for transit. The RM 105 processing charge is a flat rate for every eVISA application, whatever the nationality.
Because the fee is in ringgit, the rupee cost moves with the exchange rate and with your bank's card conversion rate. The PKR figure we show is an estimate generated from the current rate; your card statement may differ slightly.
Chapter 03
What is the total cost of a Malaysia visa from Pakistan?
The total cost of a Malaysia visa for a Pakistani traveller is the official eVISA price plus any service fee you choose to pay.
| Item | Amount |
|---|---|
| Official eVISA price (RM 20 + RM 105) | RM 125 (≈ PKR 8,500) |
| Card convenience charge | 0.8% |
| Our service fee | Quote on WhatsApp |
| Total | Official price + 0.8% + our service fee |
You pay the official part yourself, by card, inside your own eVISA account. You pay our service fee to us. We never hide the government fee inside a package. See our fee policy.
Why agency prices look so different: Pakistani agency websites advertise Malaysia visas at prices such as PKR 19,500 or PKR 45,000. Those figures combine the RM 125 government cost with the agency's own margin and sometimes extras (bookings, insurance). They are not the official fee. Ask any agency for a split quote.
Chapter 04
How do you pay the Malaysia eVISA fee?
You pay the Malaysia eVISA fee online only, at the end of your application on malaysiavisa.imi.gov.my. The Immigration Department of Malaysia accepts:
- credit cards (e-commerce / Mastercard payment, 0.8% charge);
- e-wallets, Alipay and WeChat Pay (1.7% charge).
It states clearly that offline payment is not possible. For Pakistani applicants:
- Use a card enabled for international online payments. Many Pakistani debit cards need this switched on in the banking app first.
- If payment fails, the department suggests trying a different card, clearing the browser cache, or another browser.
- If you are charged twice, or the status still says "New Application" after payment, do not pay again. Contact the 24-hour Live Chat on the portal.

Chapter 05
Is the Malaysia visa fee refundable?
No. The Immigration Department of Malaysia says all eVISA payments are strictly non-refundable, regardless of the application outcome. There is no refund if you withdraw, are refused, or made a typing mistake.
The last point is the easiest one to get wrong. If you find a mistake after payment, Malaysia requires a new application with correct details, which means paying RM 125 again. An eVISA whose details do not match your passport is invalid at the border. Check your name, passport number, date of birth and passport expiry date twice before you press pay.
Chapter 06
Has the Malaysia visa fee changed in 2026?
The fee amounts have not changed in 2026, but the visa types available have. From 1 September 2026, Malaysia stopped offering the Multiple Entry Visa (MEV) for general tourism. The MEV is now only for Fly & Cruise, Business, Medical Treatment and Wedding Tourism purposes, according to the MYVISA FAQ. For an ordinary holiday, Pakistanis now pay for a Single Entry Visa, and a second trip needs a new application and a new fee.
A second change to note: once a new eVISA is approved, any older active Malaysian visa in your passport is automatically cancelled. If your new application is rejected, the older visa stays valid.
Chapter 07

| Singapore | SGD 30 | Online card, via the person or agent who files |
